When it comes to client relations, National CD Rateline is very hands on. We contact our clients quarterly to ensure the highest quality service. We’re not shy about asking clients for their suggestions for improving service, and encourage them, both during these quarterly get-togethers and at all times, to be equally forthcoming.

Every client is a special case as far as we are concerned. And we pride ourselves on having the technological know-how and flexibility to accommodate individual requests for what amounts, nine times out of ten, to custom-made service plans. All for the same basic subsription fee, of course, with no hidden cost for “extras.”

Each client is important to us. The proof of that is the very considerable time and effort we expend striving to make each client feel that they are the most important part of our business.
